MEET CRYSTAL

Hi, my name is Jennifer. Our clients and those close to me know me as “Jen”. I was born and raised in Austin, Texas. I have been married for over 20 years and have 2 children. We have a 15 year old son and a 10 year old daughter. In our spare time we love traveling, hosting gatherings with family and friends, and supporting our Texas teams! We also LOVE going to the many lakes and pools Austin and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Prior to joining the team in February 2019, I worked at Seton main in the postpartum unit for 15 years. I really enjoyed helping moms with postpartum care and coaching them as new parents. During my time at Seton, I helped a friend part time with occasional night nanny work and realized what I was missing. I needed more time with my moms and newborns to develop a bond during these special moments and in a more personal setting.

Since joining the team in 2019, I have furthered my love for the “in-home” postpartum experience. It is so rewarding assisting moms with breastfeeding support, establishing a night time routine, and sleep training on a more personal level. Oh and I can’t forget all the baby cuddles, the best perk! I look forward to meeting you and supporting your family!

I am a registered nurse, passionate about caring for newborns and their families in the early weeks and months after birth. I am a mom to an amazing 8 year old. Having him was quite a journey! After 4 miscarriages in one year, I decided to conceive via IVF with donor sperm. Years later, we are working on adopting embryos to grow our family. My son has fulfilled my true purpose in life, being a mother. We can’t wait to expand our family!

I have been serving clients in the Austin and surrounding areas professionally as a night nurse for over 20 years.  Over the years, I have professionally cared for over 200 babies in the early days and weeks post birth; singletons to triplets; newborns discharged post surgery, many NICU graduates, some with lines, tubes and drains; and many healthy babies in between! I am thrilled to now have a wonderful team of ladies, as passionate as I am about caring for postpartum moms and newborns, so we can extend our support and help more families. Since growing my team almost 6 years ago, we have been able to offer support to over 200 additional families. It is truly a blessing to be able to deliver our "white glove" experience to more families and enhance their postpartum experience.

I am a true Texan!! Never lived anywhere but this great state. However, I do like to travel and explore new places. I also enjoy nature, hiking, plants and gardening. I have 2 nephews and 4 nieces who are my world!! I am very involved in their lives and enjoy being the BEST AUNT EVER!!! I am originally from a small town and hold on to my small town values and morals. I find enjoyment in spending time with family and friends, volunteering and practicing my faith. I respect, value and love all!

In 2002, I graduated from Southwest Texas State University, with a B.S. in Family and Child Development focusing on child studies. Over the years I been a director of various Early childhood programs in Austin, worked for Child Advocacy agencies in San Marcos, taught preschool for over six years, and recently was a Child program specialist Inspector for the State of Texas. I have always been committed to making the lives of the children better and brighter and this work has filled me with a gratitude that is indescribable.

As a newborn sleep coach, I value the first stages of development. I believe supporting mother, baby, and the entire family unit during the postpartum journey is invaluable. I am committed to supporting every family and assisting them in feeling confident and empowered during our time together. I look forward to working with you and your little ones soon.

MEET JENNIFER

I am the oldest of 4 children and began taking care of children at an early age. As a woman unable to have children of my own, I live vicariously through the women around me who have been blessed with motherhood. I have two nephews, ages 18 and 7. They are my world and I can't imagine life without them. Caring for them as babies was tiresome but a fulfilling and immeasurable heart filling experience. Years later I still enjoy soaking up all the LOVE and excitement they bring to my life.

When COVID was at its peak, I joined the team to help out in a temporary capacity and quickly became addicted to all the baby snuggles. I have seen first hand how critical the steps taken in the first few months can be, to set a child up for success in establishing healthy and consistent sleeping habits.

I quickly decided I wanted to learn and train more to become an ATX baby whisperer. Since joining the team in late 2020, I have had the privilege of caring for many newborns and their families. I have truly enjoyed getting to know and supporting each family. Working with our clients and their families has been such a privilege and immeasurably rewarding. I look forward to meeting you and working with your family.

MEET KRISTY

MEET ALYSSA

Hi my name is Kristen, you can call me “Kristy”! I was born and raised in Austin and am a proud mama to four wonderful children—three boys, aged 12, 11, and 6, and an 8 yr old girl. When I am not juggling family life, I enjoy spending quality time with my kiddos, whether it's swimming, BBQing, out around town enjoying other fun, or spending time with our extended family having our large family gatherings. I am also an animal lover! I have 2 pugs and enjoy walking them wherever the day takes us.

Of the jobs I have held, this role has been my most favorite, combining my passion for working with children and my love for helping others. I find so much joy in being around babies, as they bring a sense of excitement and endless learning opportunities. This job also keeps my "baby fever" at bay and energized, as each day brings something new to explore and new experiences.

Kristy is truly dedicated to her family and her work, balancing both with grace and enthusiasm. She’s thrilled to bring her nurturing spirit and her love for learning to the workplace, where every day feels like an opportunity for growth and discovery. She looks forward to working with your family and supporting you during this special time.

Hello! My name is Alyssa. I was born and raised in Austin, and I’m the proud mama of a 7-year-old Yorkie named Sancho—he keeps life exciting with his big personality and endless energy!
I’m currently working toward my Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. My experience working with newborns has been both deeply rewarding and incredibly valuable. It’s allowed me to gain hands-on caregiving experience while fueling my passion for learning and supporting others.
Of the jobs I’ve held, being a nanny has been the most fulfilling. I truly enjoy caring for little ones, watching them grow, and supporting their families during such a meaningful time. I especially love working with newborns and infants—there’s nothing quite like being trusted to care for brand-new, tiny humans. Building strong, supportive relationships with families is one of the most meaningful parts of this work for me.
When I’m not working or studying, I love spending time with family and friends, and I also enjoy quiet time at home to relax and recharge. I look forward to the opportunity to care for and connect with your family!

MEET ALLYSON

Hi, I’m Allyson—feel free to call me Ally! Originally from South Dakota, I’ve called Austin home since I was 7. I’m the proud mom of a wonderful 15-year-old son, who’s basically my mini-me (though taller now!) and, more recently, a 3-month-old daughter who’s already melting my heart. We love spending time together watching movies during our downtime.

I have a passion for photography and music and more recently food, my son and I have been loving to explore the world of cooking!! I am also the proud Auntie to my 5 year old nephew and my precious little niece who is now 2, and another one on the way! It has been such a treat to be able to offer my sister professional guidance, sleep training, in her time of need and MORE recently apply our methods to my routine as a infant mom AGAIN.

I have always had a passion deep from within, caring for babies and children. From a very young age, I spent my summers watching children of family and friends. I also visited my dad back home in South Dakota where I would help my mom’s close friend at her in-home day care, caring for babies and toddlers. I started nannying for various families while in college and years later, I continued to work as a professional nanny as I found it challenging, yet rewarding. I have enjoyed the transition to working as a night nanny. As a mother, I understand how incredibly important getting sleep in those early weeks and months can be. Since joining the team, I have supported many families including moms of multiples. Double the snuggle is such a treat! I look forward to working with your family and having the privilege of snuggling your baby very soon.

MEET RUDY

MEET COURTNEY

Hi, I’m Courtney! After moving from the Pacific Northwest, my family and I have called Austin home for the past two years—and we’ve fallen in love with its vibrant culture and warm community. My husband and I just celebrated 20 years of marriage, and we have two wonderful daughters, 16 and 12, plus two lovable fur babies who keep us laughing and our house full of energy.
Before joining ATX Baby Whisperers, I spent most of my career as a writing teacher and dyslexia specialist, where I discovered my passion for supporting kids and families. When I learned about the vital role night nurses play, I knew I’d found my next calling. I feel so fortunate to have trained with such talented women and to now support new parents through sleep training, feeding, and the ups and downs of early parenthood.
My own experience as a new mom wasn’t easy—I struggled with latching and nursing—but thanks to a strong support team (including my mom, a former NICU nurse), I got through it. That experience showed me how crucial community is in those early days, and it’s why I’m so passionate about this work.
Outside of work, you’ll find me playing tennis, hiking, exploring new restaurants, or cheering on my kids and their friends. I love to travel, live for spontaneous adventures, and a fun fact about me—I’m a proud Grateful Dead fan (I saw them 17 times as a teenager!). I’m honored to be part of a team that brings care and calm to families during such a special time.

Originally from El Salvador, I moved to Austin when I was 16. My husband of 25 years and I have 3 beautiful children. Our oldest son, 24, is in the service, always looking for his next adventure. Our second son, 19, is settling into college life. He loves music, and plays the piano at church. Our youngest and only daughter, 16, enjoys soccer and music as well. She plays drums at church.
As my children were growing up and in school, I quickly realized I was missing the absolute joy and innocence a baby brings. I immediately knew I needed to share my passion for caring for babies and begin supporting families during what can be challenging times for parents. This job is fulfilling in so many ways, it reminds me of the wonderful time spent at home, caring for my children when they were so young and also it is truly rewarding to empower families and help alleviate some of the burden. When I am not snuggling babies you can find me buried in a good book. I also love learning about different cultures and countries. When possible, it is fun discovering alongside my family. I also hold a PhD Philosophy and have studied theology. I am an ordained minister and have a degree in Counseling. You can find mind preaching at our church most Sunday mornings.

MEET REBECCA

Originally from Austin, I’m a living testament to the power of resilience. Born as a micro preemie, I faced overwhelming odds from the very beginning, spending months in the NICU with little hope of survival. I owe my survival to the dedicated nurses who lovingly cared for me during those early months. Their compassion and expertise left a lasting impression on me, and it ultimately inspired my dream of becoming a nurse. I aspire to provide the same critical care for babies that I received in my own early life.

Professionally, I’ve worn many hats, including retail management, but my heart lies in nurturing infants and children. My favorite job by far has been working as a professional nanny. It’s an honor to support mothers and babies during one of the most demanding and emotional phases of life. Ensuring that babies are safe and well-cared for, and providing the moms with a much-needed support system, is both a privilege and a calling. My journey began with babysitting infants at an early age, and I later transitioned into being a professional nanny, where I learned the ins and outs of making a household run smoothly.

When I am not caring for others I focus on self improvement. I hold a black belt in martial arts and have practiced for over 12 years. It has had a profound impact, shaping my discipline and confidence, adding to the many facets of who I am today. I look forward to meeting your family, maximizing your rest, and snuggling your little one.

MEET ADRIAN

Hi I am Adrian, a breast cancer survivor. My family is my main job! I have been a wife for 23 years and a mother for more than 15. We have 3 boys, ages 15, 12 ands 12. My younger boys are identical, mirror image twins! I can’t believe they are all so grown, it has gone way too fast!! They are my world. I am proud to be a 6th generation Austinite. You can regularly find us on the ball field or the tennis courts as my oldest is in the marching band, and one of my twins plays football and the other plays tennis! As you can imagine they keep me busy and always in the car! When I am not driving them around, I love walking my 6 year old Vizsla, Lexi, my only baby girl :) I also love exploring new recipes in the kitchen. We also love to travel when the boys are out of school and we can get a break from the day to day grind.
Prior to becoming a professional wife and mother I managed a local flower shop for almost 8 years. I started working there early in my college days and after graduating decided the enjoyment from connecting with all my regular clients and coordinating arrangements for larger events was too fulfilling to leave. However, when I became a mother, I was blessed to be able to stay home and begin raising our family. As a child raised by an amazing single mother who overcame a lot to provide for her family, I felt strongly about being there for my own.

I have had the pleasure of working with ATX Baby Whisperers in a flexible capacity and more on a PRN, or as needed, basis. As you can imagine, it is hard to time the arrival of these little ones and occasionally the rest of the team is maxed out. I have worked with Heather long before she started growing her team and am excited to be a part of this solid team of women. Thank you for letting me snuggle your babies and support you through these sleep deprived weeks and months. I look forward to working with your family.

My name is Katherine but I also go by Kat! I’m the eldest of four sisters and originally from Pittsburgh, PA—but after living in Austin for the past nine years, it definitely feels like home.
At heart, I’m a homebody who also finds peace and joy in the Colorado wilderness, especially while hiking. I proudly embrace my inner nerd—spending free time gaming, watching films, and managing my fantasy football team (I try to catch nearly every NFL game!). I also hold a 200-hour RYT yoga certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Production. Most of my professional background is in the tech world, where I worked for years at a SaaS company, but I’ve always carried a passion for learning and growth.

My six-month-old niece has completely stolen my heart.
I’m now intentionally shifting my focus toward work that makes a meaningful difference. Caring for others—especially little ones—fills my cup like nothing else.
A few fun facts: My favorite job was working as a seamstress at a printing company because each day brought something new and creative. I also briefly worked as a personal assistant to a former NFL player... though that one’s more of a story for another time! And finally—yes, that was me (sort of) in the movie Houseguest with Phil Hartman and Sinbad... I was five years old, made it to the set, and then got cut out. Showbiz, right?

When I’m not working or studying, I love spending time with family and friends, and I also enjoy quiet time at home to relax and recharge. I look forward to the opportunity to care for and connect with your family!

MEET COURTNEY

Originally from El Salvador, I moved to Austin at the age of 16. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and are blessed with three wonderful children. Our oldest son, 24, serves in the military and is always seeking his next adventure. Our second son, 19, is adjusting to college life and shares his love of music by playing piano at church. Our youngest, a 16-year-old daughter, also enjoys music and plays the drums during services. She’s a passionate soccer player, too.
As my children grew older and became more independent, I found myself missing the joy, innocence, and wonder that babies bring into a home. It became clear to me that I wanted to share my deep love for nurturing little ones by supporting families during the often challenging early stages of parenthood. Caring for infants is deeply fulfilling—it brings back beautiful memories of raising my own children and allows me to offer encouragement and relief to new parents.
When I’m not caring for babies, I enjoy getting lost in a good book or exploring new cultures and countries—especially when I can share the experience with my family. I hold a PhD in Philosophy, have studied theology, and am also an ordained minister with a degree in Counseling. Most Sunday mornings, you can find me preaching at our church.

MEET RUDY
